The Arts at Carmel Christian School is proud to present Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins! Based on the books by P.L. Travers that inspired the classic film, this stage version of Mary Poppins includes favorite classic songs such as “Spoonful of Sugar” and “Jolly Holiday” and introduces new songs that are sure to become favorites with your family. While this production retains the magic and fun of the story we all know and love, it also delves deeper into the dynamics of the Banks family, including George’s not-so-magical childhood at the hands of villainous nanny, Miss Andrew. Mary Poppins has arrived to help more than just Jane and Michael; she has come to help restore the Banks family as a whole.
